During the Transcendental Rebirthing Masters Training Level II (August 2009), my teacher Ivonne Delaflor gave me the assignment to write a contract between the heart and the mind, where both surrender to the Holy Spirit, so the Spirit can be in charge. This was a great opportunity since I had many accumulated outdated “spiritual” belief systems against the mind. In Transcendental Rebirthing we love the mind as much as the heart, for the mind is a beautiful gift we have been given by the ONE. So I connected to the Universal Mind, which in T.R. we call the Intelligent Space, and through His/Her guidance I wrote the following contract. Ivonne Delaflor was very kind to assist me in enhancing some of the commands written in this contract and thus giving it the power of both the Male Warrior and Divine Feminine energies.
Please read it with the highest of intentions, for behind the words are very powerful transmutational frequencies for the sacred union between the Mind and the Heart to surrender to the Holy Spirit. You can read it out loud or silently, just say your name in the blank spaces. Even more powerful is to write it down and sign it.
